1970s Hand Screened with Blue Cranes Thai Cotton Shirt Dress MRS Couture

Fantastic 1970s Saks Fifth Avenue cotton knee length shirt dress with blue cranes print.  Made in Thailand. Placket on center front goes just past the waist and goes up to the mandarin collar. The buttons stop at the waist, cuffs on the long sleeves also have matching buttons. 100% cotton casual day dress, could be worn out on the town with friends enjoying the day.
