Mid 20th Century Blue Sequin Bolero MRS Couture

Wonderful vintage short sleeve bolero with blue sequins. Dress it up or dress it down… just dress in it! This piece is absolutely fantastic!!!! Mrs. Couture staff is arguing about whether it looks best over our black Norma Kamali jumpsuit or with a t-shirt, jeans and heels. Versatility is just another adjective to describe this piece. The sleeves have slight gathering around the shoulders. There is zig zag patterning along the center front and bottom hems. The soft mesh interior features sleeve headers and underarm shields. Glossy sequins throughout combined with a half-circle pattern of matte sequins in the back add depth to this fantastic piece of vintage outerwear. No closure. Very difficult to determine the year this was made but between the fabric, the stitch, the sequins, and the thread, but our best guess is the 1930’s. Great piece to throw on with a plain tee and jeans!
